Any case that has missing information/components will be placed on hold. It will be returned 8 days after we receive the missing components. Please allow extra time during holiday seasons, including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

Being able to identify shade correctly to the lab is one of the most important issues. Every patient is unique in regard to shades, and there are many factors that contribute such as dentin shade, translucency, unusual lines that look like a window crack, calcification, a glass-look, and the list goes one. Even more challenging is when patient has bleached teeth. You will have to educate the patient that some shades cannot be reproduced.
We have most common shades in our lab, such as VITAPAN Classic, VITA 3D-Master, Ivoclar Chromascop, Ivoclar Bleach, Ivoclar Stumpf Shade, Trubyte Trublend, Dentsply Portrait IPN, and Trubyte Bioform. Please tape shade on the lab slip, if you are sending your own shade tab. For custom shade, send pictures or email electronic pictures to mugunalab@yahoo.com.
Package well to protect the model. Impression or other non-breakable material need not be bubble wrapped, but stone or other breakable items need to be bubble wrapped to protect them during shipment. We encourage using one box when you send multiple cases to save some shipping costs. Ship to:

If possible, use email to contact the lab. Always reference the name of the doctor and the name of the patient. Phone calls do not leave any records, emails do.
Multiple cases may be sent in one box. Separate the impressions in a plastic bag and attach the prescription to the outside of each bag for accurate identification. Use a permanent marker such as Sharpie to identify impression by the last name of the patient. Tape the box securely to ensure nothing is lost. Attach air-bill on top of box and schedule your pick-up by calling first thing in the morning. We strongly recommend that you track each shipment to ensure that we received your shipment in a timely fashion.

1. Use double cord technique when taking an impression.The case will be placed on hold if any of the above information is missing.
NOTE: We use most implant and attachment systems. You must send us all components, including analog and abutment. We do not keep or order any components. Do not send case and components separately. Any case that has missing components will be returned.
